How do I get confirmation that my order was successful?

When you successfully complete your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you are a registered user you can see all your orders in your account in the field "Purchase history"

Can I make an order and choose store pick up?

Of course! You can submit your order and at the end choose "Pick up from the Store" as the shipping method


Once your order has been collected you will receive an update and it will remain in the store for 3 working days

How many days does it take for my order to be ready?

The standard order preparation times are 1-2 working days days.
During periods of increased traffic these days may increase.

For shipments abroad the dispatch time can be 1-5 working days.
